TAKE NOTICE that the BOARD OF PUBLIC COMMENT will convene an evening session at THE SHASKEEN, 909 ELM ST, MANCHESTER, N.H., on a TUESDAY THIS FALL. The public WILL be heard. Each speaker is allotted TWO (2) MINUTES at the podium. Decorum WILL be enforced. Speakers who exceed their time WILL be physically removed. This notice affects your rights.

Terms of Appearance

REMOVAL. Speakers exceeding their allotted time are removed by Physical Removal Services. Their methods are slow, silent, and final.
RESPONSE. The Board will respond to your remarks at whatever length it deems necessary. It is usually longer.
AWARD. One hundred dollars ($100) and a commemorative object of municipal quality will be conferred upon the evening's most distinguished speaker. Select speakers will be subpoenaed to reappear. A subpoena from this Board is an honor.
RECORDING. All proceedings are filmed. What happens at the podium does not stay at the podium.
